There are quite a few errors on it. I have sent you a few emails as I have discovered them. I have found another this morning:
Some features are only available to people that have logged in. Yet there is nowhere to login.
A user cannot vote on an answer
Formatting of answers is poor. Additional line breaks are included in some posts.
The design and layout of the ‘Question with Answers’ page is really poor. This design could be much better, see the image attached. Look at the wasted space and the lack of userbility.

Test: Comment out this snippet entirely (or use remove_filter) and reload the Beyond 26.2 page — if the duplicate buttons disappear, you've confirmed the cause and can decide whether the filter is needed elsewhere.
Quick way to verify without editing code yet:
Temporarily deactivate the plugin/functions.php snippet (or wrap it in a conditional to disable it on this page) and refresh — if the buttons drop from 3 to 1, this filter is confirmed as the root cause.
Do you know where this snippet lives (a custom plugin, functions.php, or a code snippets plugin)? That'll help pin down whether removing it might break formatting elsewhere on the site.
